Knitting Neurons

Knitting Neurons is a pilot project developed and led by artist, Ravinder Rayit. In this intergenerational project, we are inviting young people aged 10-16 and adults over 50 to come together to share experience, knowledge and memories whilst collaboratively creating neural pathways using textiles, knitting and crochet. Encouraging the development of crafting skills enhances your mind and exercises your brain whilst conserving traditional skills for the next generation.

The project will culminate in a collaborative exhibition at The White House in December.

It is free to take part in this project which will start in October. Join us weekly from 5pm-7pm each Wednesday at The White House.
